Jon is our global Director, he spends a lot of his time wrestling crocs, chasing kangaroos and dodging deadly spiders. When he’s not fabricating this kind of nonsense he dedicates his time to helping clients grow their digital results.

With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, he started his career working in business-to-business marketing and has spent the last 10 years working in consumer-focused businesses ranging from the highly competitive financial services sector to major online retailers and not-for-profits.  

Jon’s experience stretches across strategic business planning through to detailed execution and analysis of marketing campaigns that deliver real bang-for-buck.  Jon has managed the launch of exciting new products and worked on international projects across multiple brands.

Jon built his marketing career focusing on how to use web analytics and customer insights to deliver measurable results for businesses.  Whilst ensuring that every dollar invested in marketing activity is complemented by a robust optimisation plan to ensure maximum returns.

Katherine began her career in Travel Marketing & PR before moving into the not-for-profit sector over 10 years ago. She has a wide range of experience within the sector, from events to regular giving, working both charity and agency side.

An adrenaline junkie and lover of a challenge, Katherine is results driven and brings her can-do attitude and competitive spirit into the work place. Having built her digital expertise gradually throughout her career, Katherine decided it was time to dive into all things digital on a more permanent basis. Fast forward a little and she is now a graduate in Digital Marketing at General Assembly, Sydney and has proudly had her Google Search Partner badge tattooed on her upper arm (ok maybe not).

Katherine loves helping people navigate the digital mist and find activity that will send results rolling in. Also not bad on a surf board (not particularly good either).

Back in her home country of Indonesia, she grew her business from one branch to more than a hundred branches in less than 5 years. She’s now focusing some of her time helping business owners build their businesses through the power of digital marketing while drinking chai latte on her desk (addicted much?).

If you can’t find her in the office or she’s not answering your call, she’s probably busy doing bungee jumping or skydiving to keep her adrenaline levels up.

Aman prides himself on being the youngest member of our team with unparalleled enthusiasm and curiosity. He has a natural flair for understanding digital trends and leveraging them according to our marketing objectives. While pursuing his Master of Business (Marketing), he helped small businesses find their niche and build their presence online. His career in marketing so far has seen him working in a number of roles that have helped him become the tech wizard he currently is. He has developed deep knowledge in digital fundraising best practice so he’s equipped with the right tools and knowledge to help deliver on our clients needs.

He is an adventure junkie with a penchant for designing. When not found studying online, he can be seen binging on different vegetarian cuisines, supporting the Indian Cricket team, or collecting miniatures for his little museum.

Aman uses his understanding of audience’s consumption behaviour, knowledge of emerging and existing digital platforms and performance insights to grow businesses.

 Aditya has spent several successful years working in digital agencies across Indonesia. He has managed a wide variety of campaigns across a range of industries including banking, government, media, FMCG, E-Commerce, and Automotive. The common thread is his extreme focus on the clients needs and expectations. In his spare time, he loves to try different specialty coffee beans and spends some quality time in cafes or small independent bookstores reading his favourite classic books.

A proper data junky at heart. Adit loves getting involved in highly analytical work & drawing insights from a massive range of data across the marketing platforms.

Katy loves words. She has an English degree and her first job in Australia was teaching English to students from across the world. Although her students were more interested in learning down to earth Australian slang – for instance, Katy explained that the friendly greeting “Scarnon?” is actually four separate words: “What’s going on?”

After teaching English Katy worked for five months on one of the largest farms in South Australia, mostly operating the potato sorting machines. You guessed it, she really does know her potatoes.

Katy is now based in West London where she claims that it doesn’t rain nearly as much as you might expect. In between her time on farms and moving back to the motherland Katy has undertaken 12 months of intensive digital training and is now loves Google Ads as much as she loves words (that’s a lot by the way).

Katy spends most of her time finding the exact combination of keywords and ad copy that is just so compelling that your customers just can’t stop clicking your ads.

Adam is as passionate about digital as anybody on the team, he’s also a dab hand at German having spent 12 months in the country learning the language and culture – Prost!

Outside of work you’ll find Adam on the beach, which beach, we can’t tell you that – we have employee confidentiality to think about. Adam also has “above average” tennis skills – so you could say he has more than one love.

Adam is focused on supporter experience, from the moment they see your ad to how they interact with your site. He’ll optimise the heck out of every stage of the journey to bring you the best results possible.
